Removal & Freight FAQs
Who disconnects the generator electrically?
A licensed electrician must perform the disconnect, and we coordinate it. If you have a house electrician or preferred contractor, we work to their schedule; if not, we arrange a licensed electrician as part of the removal plan.
What happens to the fuel left in the tank?
We arrange fuel evacuation before transport. Usable diesel can often be transferred to your other tanks or credited; residual fuel is removed and manifested properly so the unit ships legally dry.
Will the removal damage my building, pad, or landscaping?
Our rigging partners carry full liability and cargo insurance, provide certificates of insurance before mobilizing, and protect floors and finishes on interior extractions. Site restoration expectations are agreed in writing up front.
